You know, buying a fake phone is a different thing, as there are so many ads on Facebook that they sell the iPhone 5 for only 3 thousand rupees! Before you buy that phone you must know that these are fake phones. Today’s article maybe for those who buy a phone from an official store to save some money or buy a phone from an online site that is alluring, who claims that the phone is real and how you can understand after buying it!

Now the question is two, how can it be understood that my smartphone is real or fake? And how can you avoid buying fake phones? So don’t jump too long and jump into the main story!

Duplicate Phone

In the market is full of Chinese fake phones, anyone selling fake or clone phones as fake phones, and some people lure them into real phones and hand them over to fake phones! Popular brands such as Samsung, iPhone, Xiaomi, Redmi, Huawei, etc. are all available to look for fake or clone phones! First, the best way to avoid buying a fake phone is to buy the phone from the official offline/online store. But many people go out to buy a phone for some money, and many get caught!

Examine Well

Before buying a phone from any local store or small store, the best step is to visit the official brand store of the phone, then take the phone and make a live experience. Take a look at the phone and see how it fills up, look at the screen and remember the quality, monitor the camera position, pay close attention to the physical details of the phone as much as possible, check the build quality!

Touch the logo of the original phone, it will be more premium fill. The logo of the fake phones is cheaply printed and can be felt only when touched. Now I understand that you may have come to the official store after watching the phone overview and filling it out, but at a glance, is it possible to remember anything else? Now check the official website of the phone and follow the information which is written on the physical build.

How to Check Smartphone Is Real Or Fake?

Visit the website to see if the phone is made of some material, whether it is made of glass or a metal frame. The build quality of the faked phones is not as good, but the actual phones where the glass builds are found to have plastic builds on the fake phones. Also, check the website to see what is the display panel of the phone. If the phone has an AMOLED panel, you can easily catch it on a fake phone. Clone phone cheap TN panel or LCD panel can be seen! And then the opportunity to duplicate the phone increases!

Check the website to see if the device is available in color. If you came to the shop and saw a Pink color phone, but the company did not even make that color, it would be a fake phone! So girls, how to buy a phone carefully?

Better Check The Exterior Design

Clone phones or fake phones are especially useful for external design. The cloning model is not as solid and clicky as the original model. Buttons are usually placed in the wrong place, the screen bezel looks too high, or the camera housing can raise doubts! But there are many devices that are called master copies or master clones, it is impossible to declare these phones to be fake by looking at the exterior design, they can only be understood when you start to use them.

When buying a phone from an unofficial shop, you should definitely check the phone before turning it on, check the screen quality, screen quality can understand a lot. Then monitor the phone’s UI well. Check out what the official icon of the phone is, if needed, check YouTube’s original UI. Pay attention to the apps that are pre-installed in the phone, if you see the bizarre app installed at the same time, the phone may be duplicated.

Check performance using the phone. Clone phones are fitted with old and weak processors, and due to bad optimization, the phone lags a lot, slows down and gets hot. If you want to do something, refrain from buying the phone!

Check IMEI Number

You can check your phone’s IMEI number to see if your phone is real or fake. While it is not possible to confirm with a 5% that your phone will be real, IMEI number can be cloned on Android phones, then the IMEI number of the fake phone may be duplicate. But then there is no reason not to check!

Most phone boxes have an IMEI number written on their sticker or if you press the * # 06 # code on the phone, that phone’s IMEI number will come out. Now enter this number on the imei.info website, then with that IMEI number the phone will show the model name if the phone model does not match your phone, then the phone may be a clone or fake phone. But again, this is not a 5% sure method!

Open The App Store

There is no shortage of fake iPhones in the market, both the Chinese offline and online-offline markets for fake iPhones. Android KitKat device may be hidden in the open of the iPhone. And some Chinese fraud companies are so much better than iOS UI UI copiously copied!

If you go to buy an iPhone, then open the App Store first, if there is a genuine phone, of course, Apple will take you to the App Store or else Google Play Store will be open. Do you understand what the device is! Do you think Apple will install the Google Play Store on their iPhone?

Also try to connect your iPhone device to iTunes on the PC, if it is connected to iTunes then it is a real Apple device, if the device is not connected then I have to say no more, right?

Samsung Is Buying The Phone?

From the Samsung flagship to the mid-budget phones in the market, fake phones can also be seen. However, Samsung has some special service codes that are missing from the Android operating system, and only Samsung engineers have added them to their phones. If this service code doesn’t work on the phone then the phone is definitely a clone phone!

Click on the phone icon and dial * # 7353 #, a menu will appear where you can check if any of the functions of the phone are working or not. This code must work if you have an original phone! Fake phone manufacturers will not be able to use these codes on their fake phones.

Check The Camera

Check The Camera

Another big weak point of fake phones is the camera section. Clone phones are absolutely garbage quality, if the quality of the photo is absolutely bad then needless to say it is a fake phone.

Check the actual website, see how many megapixels the phone’s camera has or how many camera sensors the phone has. Then take a look online to see what the actual camera photo samples of the phone are, then compare them to your phone. If you find that the photos captured on your phone from online photos are worse than half of the details, then surely the rest of you should not be late.

Suppose you followed all the above steps, even then it is not possible to confirm that your phone is 5% original. Because cybercriminals are now smarter. Don’t even find out the actual data from CPU G type apps on the phone. They can easily duplicate the phone processor model or the exact amount of RAM on the phone which is actually fake.

In this case an app called AnTuTu Officer can save you. First turn on the WiFi hotspot by turning on your Existing phone data (must be data pack active), then connect the hotspot to the phone you want to buy. Download and install AnTuTu Officer from the Play Store on the new phone, then go to the browser of your old phone and open the y.antutu.com link, there you will see a QR code that opens and scans the new phone’s AnTuTu Officer app.

The QR code has been scanned on your old phone to inform you whether your phone is real or fake. If the green signal is displayed then your phone will be real if the red signal is shown then fax your phone!

So here are some ways you can understand if your phone is real or fake. Hopefully the article was a great job for you. And yes, if you have some more tips, be sure to comment below!
